Supporting events

We’re very grateful to everyone who supports us, whether practically or financially – or by just coming along to our events. We’d like to thank local businesses: As You See It Media, Cafe le Gallois, Clam’s Cakes, David Taylor Garages, Gallops Architectural, JamWelsh, Ladiddardy Flowers, Latte Da, Meyrick & Powell, Natural Weigh, Sugarloaf Christmas Trees, The Horseshoe Inn, The Old Rectory Hotel, The Vine Tree, Ty’r Gobaith’s Pantry.

Wouldn’t it be lovely to be able to put on events without spending any money? Sadly that’s not possible! We have to have public liability insurance (well over £200), and licences for each of our events, so we’re close to £300 before we even start.

Other costs: a band for the Party in the Park, the Christmas tree for Light Up Llangattock, plants and compost for the troughs around the village, and other odds and ends such as litter picking sticks and printing posters.

If you enjoy celebrating with us in July or December please help us out by supporting this activity: donating time or money.

Thank you!
